Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the consultation price.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to the scheduled consultation, the session may be considered missed, and the full consultation fee may apply.
